Employee Well-Being

Our HR Department offers a proactive approach to our employees well-being. This function is responsible for promoting and sustaining a healthy work environment for our employees.

Our employee well-being initiatives include:
•    Providing advice and guidance on all matters of employee health, safety and welfare that may affect employees at work.
•    Empowering employees to take charge of their own physical, psychological and social well-being through various Health Promotion initiatives such as Weight Loss Challenges, Awareness Talks and Work Life Balance Workshops.
•    Offering Free Health Screening which is a proactive approach to effective health and lifestyle management and demonstrates our commitment to employee health and welfare.  This means medical problems can be identified earlier, therefore minimising the effects on employees’ health and well-being.
•    Conducting health assessments to ensure that work will not adversely affect the health of our employees.
