The Dairygold Gateway App offers suppliers a convenient and efficient way to manage their accounts, access information, and stay updated with the latest news. This support guideline provides step-by-step instructions for downloading the app from either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and registering using your unique 7-digit supplier number.

Step 1: Downloading the Dairygold Gateway App

For Apple iOS Users (iPhone/iPad)

  1. Open the App Store on your Apple device.
  2. Tap on the Search tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Type “Dairygold Gateway” in the search bar and press Search.
  4. Locate the official Dairygold Gateway App in the search results (look for the Dairygold logo)
  5. Tap Get or the download icon. You may be required to enter your Apple ID password or use Face/Touch ID to confirm.
  6. Wait for the app to download and install on your device.

For Android Users

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
  2. Tap on the Search bar at the top of the screen.
  3. Type “Dairygold Gateway” and tap the search icon.
  4. Find the official Dairygold Gateway App in the results (look for the Dairygold logo).
  5. Tap Install and wait for the app to download and install.

Step 2: Registering on the Dairygold Gateway App

  1. Once installation is complete, open the Dairygold Gateway App by tapping its icon.
  2. On the welcome screen, select Sign In Here.
  3. Select Setup GATEWAY Password
  4. You will be prompted to enter your 7-digit supplier number. Please ensure you enter this number accurately.
  5. Create a secure password for your account, confirm this password by entering it a second time
  6. Review and accept the app’s terms and conditions, if prompted.
  7. Complete your registration by tapping Submit or Register.
  8. You may receive a verification email or SMS; follow the instructions to verify your account, if required.

  • If you encounter issues downloading the app, ensure your device software is up to date and you have a reliable internet connection.
  • Double-check your 7-digit supplier number for accuracy before submitting your registration.
