Dairygold Soft Cheese is a soft, mild-tasting fresh cheese. Our award-winning range is produced to satisfy challenging consumer demands in the lifestyle and nutritional sectors, and is available in Set or Stirred (pourable) formats. We offer a range of products with different fat and salt levels; from 5% fat to 29% fat, and 0% salt to 0.6% salt. The range also includes soft cheeses which are manufactured with startch (modified or clean label) or without starch.

They can also be used as a healthier replacement for cream in soups, sauces, dips, salad dressings or as a secondary ingredient in frostings for cakes.
