As an ambitious, growing organisation, we need exceptional talent to continue leading the industry through cutting-edge scientific research and technological advancements. That’s why we invest so highly in our sought-after Graduate Development Programme. This crucial part of our human resources strategy allows us to seek out fresh talent, with new ideas and an understanding of the latest developments in their chosen fields.
At the same time, it gives young people in Ireland the opportunity to begin and develop their professional careers within a respected organisation. We offer a broad range of opportunities for graduates across our varied divisions. By investing in bright, young graduates and helping them develop their careers at these early stages, we are creating positive opportunities for them to grow with the business, into management and professional roles.

Graduates get the opportunity to rotate 2 to 3 times into different areas of the business, while remaining in the chosen function. This blended learning approach provides you with exposure to a broad range of activities within the business. Rotations will be linked to academic discipline and may involve a rotation to one of our overseas sites or international market locations.
We work with graduates to develop a tailored two-year career path plan when they enter the Graduate Development Programme at Dairygold. This enables them to build a solid foundation of skills and competencies for a long-term career in the business. Part of that is ensuring all employees have a healthy work-life balance. Our company culture supports personal and professional wellbeing, with social and sporting events all-year-round, constant training, and a permanent ‘open door’ policy, where people know they can seek help and guidance from anyone within the co-operative.
