Corporate Structure

Dairygold Co-operative Society Limited is a co-operative registered under the Industrial and Provident Societies Acts, Registration Number 462IR.

The Society is owned by almost 9,000 shareholder members and is governed by its rulebook and controlled by the Board of Directors, made up of 10 elected members of the Society and two co-opted external directors. The Chief Executive of the Society reports to the Board.

As a farmer owned co-operative, Dairygold operates according to the co-op ethos. We aim to provide the maximum return to our farmer owners in the form of milk and grain prices while maintaining a sustainable business model for generations of future owners.
